Bill Dreshfield
Bill has over 32 years of business experience, with more than 20 years in leadership positions. Two main areas of strength for him are coaching and mentoring. Bill focuses his attention on the individual and seeks to reinforce their strengths while guiding them where needed with their development areas. Many of those mentored by Bill have gone on to highly successful careers. He became involved with educational support because he had used the business version of the assessment tool and knows its accuracy and power to help individuals and because it allows him the opportunity to help others succeed. Bill holds a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering from University of Delaware. He is a Certified Interpreter of all assessment tools offered through Performance Max, LLC.
