·         A comprehensive written report consisting of:

o   The degree of matching to the student’s 5 selected majors

o   The top 10 majors most closely matched to the student’s strengths

o   Definitions of the 33 behaviors in the assessment

o   Scores for 33 behaviors vs. the success profile for the primary major chosen

·         A 60 to 90 minute feedback/interpretation session with a Certified Interpreter of the assessment tool.

o   Primary focus is a discussion of the student’s strengths and how they can be applied to the major(s) of choice.

o   Discussion of areas needing further development and coaching suggestions for ways to improve those areas.

·         Recommendations for colleges/universities to be considered based on the stated demographic preferences, the majors selected and the results of the assessment.
